It is important to get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day for optimal health benefits (if you can't do this then aim for at least 20 minutes)
Eating healthy foods such as vegetables with low-calorie density will help keep your weight under control without feeling hungry all the time
Working out doesn't give maximum results if done in short periods so consistency is key when it comes to fitness routines!
